-Take a lot of fluids preferably warm or hot to your comfort
-Maintain personal hygiene especially washing and sanitizing hands
-Have regular exercise that increases blood circulation and keeps the body fit
-Relaxing and meditation keeps the body calm
-Take a mixture of ginger one clove or turmeric one clove a pinch of black pepper one bulb red onion boil in five hundred milliliters of water and take two cups daily until the symptoms of Flu clears. If symptoms persist always seek medical advice
-After taking medicine during sickness always take probiotic yoghurt to enhance growth of good bacteria in your body i.e. if not allergic to dairy milk

HOW TO PREVENT FLU
Boost your immunity by taking fruits rich in vitamin C like Lemon Oranges Pineapples are also good source of Vitamin C and Manganese always ensure that you have no acidity problems in your stomach or allergies
Observe hygiene by washing hands often and sanitizing
Avoid picking nose and touching your face unnecessarily
Wear your mask in public or crowded areas
